Vision

Mission
The municipal government of Alamada shall take the lead in the implementation of sectoral plans, programs, project and activities. Encourage christian, muslim and lumad participation and mobilize resources for sustainable integral area development.
Objectives
- Exercise General Supervision and Control all Program, Services and Activities of the Municipality.
- Enforce all laws and ordinances relative to the governance of the city and in the exercise of the appropriate corporate powers, implement all approved policies, program, projects, service and activities.
- Initiate and maximize the generation of resources and revenues, and apply the same to the implementation of development plans, program objectives and priorities, particular those resources and revenues programmed for-industrial development and countryside growth and progress.
- Ensure the delivery of basic services and the provision of adequate facilities.
- Exercise such other powers and perform such duties and function as may be prescribe by law or ordinance.
