• Education: Bachelors Degree
• Training: 4 hours relevant training
• Experience: 1 year experience
• Eligibility: Career Service (Professional) Second level Eligibility
• Place of assignment: Public Employment Service Office

• Performance rating in the last rating period(if applicable)
• Photocopy of certificate of eligibility/rating/license
• Photocopy of Transcript of Record (TOR)
